About the Founder

Born in Belgium, Raffy moved to Manchester, where his journey in property management began. After working in property management for two years, Raffy spent an additional three months specializing exclusively in property inventories, conducting check-ins, Mid term inspections and check-outs.

This hands-on experience highlighted the importance of professional and efficient inventory services. Recognizing a gap in the market, Raffy relocated to London two years ago and founded Choice Inventory in October 2023. What started as a humble operation managed from an Excel spreadsheet has grown into a thriving business.

In just one year, Choice Inventory has completed over 450 detailed inventory reports and now serves more than 20 clients across London. The company prides itself on its quick turnaround times and professional standards, setting a benchmark in the industry.
