About the Founder

Born in Belgium, Raffy moved to Manchester, where his journey in property management began. After working in property management for two years, Raffy spent an additional three months specializing exclusively in property inventories, conducting check-ins, Mid term inspections and check-outs.

This hands-on experience highlighted the importance of professional and efficient inventory services. Recognizing a gap in the market, Raffy relocated to London two years ago and founded Choice Inventory in October 2023. What started as a humble operation managed from an Excel spreadsheet has grown into a thriving business.

Raffy is a firm believer that life is meant to be enjoyed, whether he’s freediving on the ocean floor, or mastering a new riff on the guitar. You'll find him socialising or lost in a book, always looking to keep up to date with the latest technologies.
